you probably don't have premium account and you have to wait 15 min between every download.

but if you change your ip address you can download files without waiting 15 min.

how to change ip address:

Windows - Computer connected directly to the modem

1. Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).
Start Menu Run Box


2. Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).
3. Type "ipconfig /renew" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).

Windows (second option) - Computer connected directly to the modem

1. Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).
2. Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes).
3. Shut down computer.
4. Turn off computer.
5. Turn off all ethernet hubs/switches.
6. Turn off cable/DSL modem.
7. Leave off overnight.
8. Turn everything back on.

Network with Router(linksys)

1.Go to http://192.168.1.1
2.Type in User Name:admin and in Password:admin(if you haven't changed the password and the user name).
3.Click on MAC Address Clone.
4.Click Enable.
5.Then change some number.

6.Then click Save Settings.

ps.i didn't made the 1th and 2th tut how to change ip but i made the 3th(the 1th and 2th are copied)
